In my quest to use up food before vacation, I came across this recipe for a smoothie:
- 1 small, ripe banana cut in half
- 1/2 cups milk (I then added a touch more milk)
- 1 teaspoon of creamy peanut butter
- 3 ice cubes
I put it all in a blending measuring cup and used the immersion blender to mix it up. YUM!
